Over the last two years, Treon Harris has played a lot of quarterback for the Florida Gators. He played in 20 games, threw for 2695 yards with 18 TD and 10 INT and completed 50.3% of his passes. Harris also ran for 576 yards and 3 TD.
Harris was not the prototype QB that Florida was looking for but he did an admirable job filling in and helping Florida out when needed. Earlier this off-season, the rumors were swirling that Harris would be moved to wide receiver.
Today, a different report broke. A report that Harris will be leaving Florida for other opportunities and the official Twitter account of the Gators confirmed his departure…..
We are confirming reports that Treon Harris is transferring from the University of Florida.
