The Virginia Tech QB job has been a hot mess since Tyrod Taylor left after 2010. This is Justin Fuente’s first year and he has tied the beginning of his era to JUCO Jerod Evans. Evans is a JUCO by way of Trinity Valley Community College. Last season, he completed 62.4% of his passes for 3,164 yards with 38 TD against only 3 INT. He also ran for 414 yards and 4 TD. Evans in Fuente’s offense should be interesting to watch.
