Virginia will be going retro this weekend when the surprisingly tough Cavaliers take on Kent State. The helmets, as seen below, are a nod back to the Virginia football program in the mid-1960s through the mid-1970s. This is not the first time Virginia has brought back this design though. Virginia wore a similarly retro-themed helmet in a 2012 game against Louisiana Tech.
