In somewhat of an ironic twist, Mary Willingham — the main whistleblower in the alleged UNC academic scandal — has been accused of plagiarism in her master’s thesis, according to a report from the Raleigh News and Observer.
While I encourage you to read the entire article, the report doesn’t look too flattering for Willingham. Rather than deny the report, she offered the following comment:
“Whatever I did, I did, and, you know, whatever,” Mary Willingham said. “There’s nothing I can do about it.” http://t.co/GYR7JpCvHM
