Graduate transfer Davis Webb, formerly of Texas Tech, has been named the starting QB for Cal…. Davis played significant time in 2013 and 2014 prior to giving way to Patrick Mahomes full time in 2016. During his time at Texas Tech, Webb completed 61% of his passes with 46 TD vs 22 INT.
