Year one of the College Football Playoff was a rousing success but it remains to be seen how year two does with the semi-finals set to be played on New Years Eve. There is still a lot of debate on whether or not to expand the College Football Playoff to include more teams after the […]

The undefeated Kentucky Wildcats play at LSU tonight at 7 PM but a weird thing happened on their way to Baton Rouge. They lost a player. John Calipari tweeted this out last night…. The Trey in question is Trey Lyles. Trey is a freshman forward who averages 7.5 points per game but has not played […]

A couple of weeks ago we wondered if Eastern Washington QB Vernon Adams was headed to Oregon. It appears we have our answer…. Oregon it is! First off, I want to thank God for this amazing opportunity. I want to thank all of… http://t.co/yMkAHNt1f2 — Vernon Adams Jr. (@vadams_qb)

It’s been rumored all weekend, but Central Michigan has finally announced the hire of John Bonamego. As you may remember, Dan Enos took off to become the offensive coordinator at Arkansas leaving this spot open. The Chippewas will open their 2015 football schedule at home on Sept 5th against Oklahoma State.

This ended up as the No. 2 play on #SCTop10 last night and you can easily see why. Check out Adam Weary’s underhanded pass and John Brown catches it and destroys the rim…

There weren’t any Top 25 games on tonight, so George Washington had to do something special. Joe McDonald hit the game winner at the buzzer to beat Dayton. With the win, the Colonials move to 17-6 overall and 7-3 in the Atlantic 10 and the Dayton Flyers fall to 17-5 overall and 7-3 in the […]

Great news for Utah State, for Chuckie Keeton and for college football fans. When he’s on the field he’s been a monster but he’s had both of his last two years cut short with injury. Last season, the Aggies used four QBs but as long as Keeton is healthy he should be the man going […]

This game started at 11 PM EST so odds are you didn’t see this fantastic buzzer beater from Cal’s Tyrone Wallace. Here it is…. This shot gives Cal a 4-6 conference record and moves them to 14-9 on the season. Could this be the spark they need to finish the season strong?

Awesome dunk by UAB’s William Lee as the Blazers cruised to a 80-60 win over Louisiana Tech. That win brings both teams to 8-2 in the conference as they trail only 9-1 Western Kentucky.

In 2013, O’Korn was the American Athletic Conference’s Rookie of the Year as he threw for 3,000 yards and had a TD to INT ratio of 28 to 10. Last year, he lost he job to Greg Ward Jr. O’Korn is not a graduate transfer so he will sit out the 2015 season.

It seems like I’m posting a Dez Wells highlight every week. Here he is with a sensational dunk as the Terps beat Penn State 64-58.
