There was a time when UNLV football wore a scarlet helmet, and it looks like it could potentially be coming back after decades of waiting. This photo of the helmet was seen in a recent update from Uni Watch, leaving us to wonder if it will be a new primary helmet for the Rebels or an alternate to the gray helmet that replaced the scarlet helmets in 1982.
