One of the hot rumors in college football this off-season has been whether a couple of high profile QBs, Braxton Miller and Everett Golson, would transfer. According to ESPN’s Brett McMurphy, Golson is on his way out of Notre Dame.
If true, which I have no reason to doubt McMurphy, this means that Malik Zaire is the new starting QB at Notre Dame. It also means that the recruitment of Golson will begin very quickly by many college football teams that aren’t quite set at quarterback.
