UCLA unveils new adidas uniforms

UCLA and adidas today unveiled the new Bruins Primeknit core football uniforms, which will make their on-field debut on Saturday, Sept. 5 vs. Virginia for the team’s season opener.

Paying homage to the UCLA tradition of grit and toughness, the new core uniforms were crafted with speed and valiance in mind. Developed in collaboration with the coaching staff, and influenced by the fans’ love for past alternative uniforms, the new design is centered around a modernized version of the traditional UCLA stripe on the jersey.

Providing players with innovation to accelerate and style to shine, the 2015-16 core uniforms feature laser cut, gold metallic numbers for more breathability, along with a custom ‘Bruin Bold’ font, which was designed exclusively for UCLA and inspired by the bright lights of Los Angeles.
