There are points in history where you will remember where you were. Stories that you will pass down to your grandchildren. At 11:48 AM this morning, my phone sent me a notification that many people that I follow on Twitter were now following @SC_HBC.
Could it be true? Did the South Carolina head coach, the king of the one-line zingers, the man that likes to tweak his counterparts…finally join social media?
It looks like he has and while we hoped his first tweet might be a shot at Nick Saban, Urban Meyer or Dabo Swinney….on March 2, this is how Steve Spurrier entered the world of Twitter…

As it stands now, Spurrier is quickly gaining followers he’s around 17K. Expect that number to continue to climb in the near future as every member of the college football media refresh their screens to see what Spurrier has in store for them.
